CAREALOT app for iPhone and iPad

CAREALOT is the App that enables us to meet each other in realtive safety in times of pandemics (like Influenza, the flu, other transmissible diseases,...)
without the hassle of driving to a testing facility and all the fuss...





It basically lets people do a home-test (of their own choosing) and share the before/after results of the testing with others. So that everyone can feel safe meeting.




* Simply create an event using the CAREALOT App
* Send an invite to all the participants
* Each invitee decides: I can participate in the event (and therefore do a home test) or decide not to take part (no reason needs to be provided)
* If you participate youll take a home test (as they can be bought in your pharmacy or even supermarkt)
* You are asked to write a personal code onto the test-cassette before you start with the test and take a first image
* Once the test is finished you take another photo showing the test-result on th same cassette.
* This will creat a before/after protocol and the testresult will be shared with other participants including timestamp of the testing.

WHAT IS CAREALOT?
* A way to meet with others
in a safer way during a pandemic
* A way to show proof of testing with testing from home, office (...) without any hassle and much lower costs (App is free to use).



WHAT IS CAREALOT *NOT"?
* We are *not* providing any certificate that can be used for travel etc.
* We only show participants of a group event the test-results with a before/after image and the timestamps of the test samples. Nothing more.





Please note:
CAREALOT is a not-for-profit App that was developed by swiss-based openarena Ltd to make our lives easier.
There might be bugs, there might be ways to improve wording, process or anything else. We will always appreciate constructive feedback and help.
